Cities: Torval

This is the official discussion thread for Torval. Any and all lore pertaining to Torval should be discussed here whether it be history, geography, or culture.

Since this is the Capitol of Elsweyr, it will most likely be the biggest city. But I also thought of Riverhold being a large city also.

Torval is supposed to be near the Xylo river. I know Elsweyr is supposed to contain both banks of the river too. I know that if torval is the capitol then it needs to be large. I figure something almost the size of Vivec if not larger is suitable. I will also start city threads for the development of cities in the Elsweyr Discussion area for actual discussion for that aspect.
