Desert Architectural Resource
Found a great desert res. here http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=7496
Hayabusa, could you try to give us the green light on this one too? I've tryed this out and it is perfect for a desert.

Re: Desert Architectural Resource
Okay, Darkness Eternal for models, and Divine Crusader for converting them to Morrowind. I'm a bit relunctant to use this as some textures have to be linked in nifskope. I can do that I guess though. These are some great models...we need them. Greenlight, we just gotta give credit.
P.S. The palmtree01.nif model was originally morrowind, then converted to oblivion and back to morrowind. Neat huh?

Re: Desert Architectural Resource
I really like this one. This is the one I meant when I said about the other one being good for Villages and this one good for Cities.
Re: Desert Architectural Resource
Most of our cities are going to be quite large, and mostly poor. Which means that a lot of people will have to do a lot of work on a lot of cities. I've heard a lot of complaints about Morrowind that the towns were too small, and Vivec was too empty for being that large. We want to create a large, interactive style of cities, so it gives you a bigger sense of Elsweyr.
Re: Desert Architectural Resource
Except for the cocky Hlaalu. They are so pompus....Khajiit are much more giving, but can be infinitely more evil...
Re: Desert Architectural Resource
I hate the Telvanni. Anyway, I'll post a little plan of how I think Senchal could be done.
Re: Desert Architectural Resource
Doing the forest regions first will be a hella headache, but it'll look good in the end.

Re: Desert Architectural Resource
Uh.. using this in a mod for Morrowind isn't commercial usage....
I just thought I'd mention real quickly too. I had a quick look through your current Data Files and saw the buildings you are using. I'd try to avoid these sort of buildings for this reason

Personally I don't think Elsweyr should have similar architecture to Hammerfell. But of course, that's up to you guys.

Re: Desert Architectural Resource
BLAM! Elsweyr has a climate similar to India. the architecture(some of it) is like India. Anyways, These buildings came from a mod for oblivion that was making dune...from Elsweyr? If you find better buildings, let us know eh? I spent all damn day fixing up that .esm and the texture links. If it goes to waste, I'll be a tiny bit sad. I'm still adding in Statics as we speak. That version is old. New version isn't ready yet, but it takes out that nasty palm tree. adds more.
About commercial usage: That post was OLD and my brain was fucking up then. I'm good now. I know we aren't selling this mod so no conditions are broken!
